Bluefield Manor Housing, Inc. was created to provide residential retirement community living to middle-income seniors (55 and older) in Cayuga County and the surrounding areas. We believe quality retirement living is a balance of the physical, emotional, and spiritual segments of daily life. Bluefield Manor designed programs and services to provide this balance along with an affordable monthly fee. Residents can choose to live in an apartment, a duplex, or a cottage.
Bluefield Manor maintains 24-hour staffing for the residents' safety and security. We also offer a wide array of daily activities and community outings to keep the residents socially engaged and active in the community.
